1:1 MOVEMENT CURATION

Fascia, the connective tissue that intricately weaves throughout your entire body, shapes your form and channels your energy flow. In your personalized 1:1 session, we will focus on the major fascial pathways that parallel the meridians of Chinese medicine. Through a gentle yet active stretch technique, your fascia is finely re-tuned, offering liberated movements, pain relief, and an optimized system—like deep tissue work from the inside out.

The aim of Fascial Re-Tuning is to bring harmony to your physical structure, empowering you to fully embrace and participate in all activities that bring you joy. Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move and stretch in, as this session is a workout, stretch, and meridian tuning all rolled into one.

 
Kaita draws from a multitude of disciplines to fine-tune our bodies’ ability to move, with ease and efficiency. I’ve had the privilege of working with her one-on-one, and I’ve taken live and online classes. Her ability to identify my physical limitations or weaknesses in relation to my body’s natural structural pattern seems effortless. That she can then apply exercises, stretches, breath, and pressure point adjustments to optimize my movement patterns is one of her greatest gifts.
